What is an ozone water treatment
An ozone water treatment is a device that generates ozone through physical means and dissolves it into water.
It utilizes the principle of ozone’s strong oxidizing properties to quickly eliminate bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, and other pathogens. It can also oxidize and decompose stains and organic compounds in water, reducing elements such as iron, manganese, and sulfur.
Owing to its high efficiency and safety, ozone water has been widely applied in households, commercial premises, drinking water treatment, medical care, food processing, and other fields.
Working Principle
After water flows through the ozone water system, it triggers the water flow switch, and the machine starts automatically. Air pre-dried by the air pre-treatment equipment enters the ozone generator, where ozone is produced via corona discharge and then drawn into the water through the venturi tube. The venturi tube atomizes the water, making it easier for ozone to dissolve. After full mixing by the mixing device, ozone water with uniform concentration is generated.
Oxygen is electrolyzed into oxygen atoms by the ozone generator, and these oxygen atoms combine with free oxygen to form ozone. When ozone comes into contact with pathogens, stains, or impurities, the oxygen atoms attach to them, oxidizing, decomposing, and eliminating them. Excess ozone will automatically revert to oxygen within 15-30 minutes.
What Can Ozone Water Systems Remove
The action of ozone water on bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, etc., is to oxidize their cell walls, causing their cells to dissolve and die. For stains, organic matter, and similar substances, it breaks down their structure through oxidation, turning them into smaller molecules and causing them to lose their stickiness and be removed. For metallic impurities, ozone oxidizes them into oxides, which then precipitate and are removed.

Technology and Performance
Air Source Pretreatment
Oshiner employs proprietary technology (Already has invention patents) to pre-dry the air entering the ozone generator in advance. This stabilizes the ozone concentration and extends the service life of the ozone generator. Even when the ozone water system is in sleep mode, it performs air pretreatment at regular intervals, meaning the air is always pre-treated and ready for use whenever you operate the product.
Pipelines
Traditional pipelines are connected via adhesive bonding, which carries a high risk of water leakage. Oshiner bonds the pipelines first and then applies injection molding second time, eliminating the risk of water leakage in its ozone water systems.
Materials
Ozone is the second strongest oxidizing agent in the world, so ozone water processors demand extremely high-quality materials—specifically antioxidant materials. These specialized materials significantly increase the product cost.
Concentration Control
To meet the cleaning needs of garments made from different materials and colors, Oshiner has designed a concentration control function. Lightly stained or brightly colored clothing can be cleaned with low-concentration ozone water, while heavily stained or bleach-requiring garments can be treated with high-concentration ozone water.
