Uniform high concentration
Oshiner’s ozone water generator employs a Venturi tube to first atomize incoming water, then infuse ozone into the misted water, and finally fully integrate water and ozone through a specialized mixing valve, ensuring the production of high-concentration, uniform ozone water.
Stable Concentration
Via a unique air pretreatment method (with existing invention patents), the temperature and humidity of air entering the ozone generator are maintained at constant levels, enabling the stable production of ozone water with a concentration of 0.5–1 mg/L.
Leak Prevention
Due to ozone’s strong oxidizing properties, the materials used must meet stringent requirements. We select anti-oxidation materials and fluororubber (with superior chemical resistance) to address this challenge. Additionally, we employ secondary injection molding for pipelines, significantly enhancing sealing integrity and eliminating leakage risks across the entire system.
Simplified Control
We utilize a water flow switch that automatically activates when water flows, eliminating the need for frequent manual start-stop operations. A touchscreen display with intuitive buttons is also integrated, further simplifying operation for users.
