1. What is it?
It is an ozone machine that you can use with your existing washing machine or kitchen faucet.
2. What kind of washing machines does this device work with?
It can be used with any residential washing machine, but not for any commercial or industrial applications.
3. How does this device work?
It harnesses the cleaning and sterilizing power of ozone – known as nature’s detergent. When ozone comes in contact with water, it
forms hydrogen peroxide. This is nature’s way of cleaning the environment. Ozone is nature’s most powerful oxidizing disinfecting
agent. It kills bacteria, viruses, germs, mold, and yeast. Ozone has no toxic residues and is not carcinogenic.
After properly connecting it to your washing machine or faucet, it will work automatically when you turn on the washing
machine or faucet without any other action.
4. Can this ozone machine treat all forms of water?
It will work with all household water qualities, but the better the incoming water quality, the better results you will get.
If you have hard water, we recommend that you use a water softener for hard water and/or a pre-filter for chlorine.
5. Do tough stains have to be pre-treated?
We recommend that you continue to pre-treat stains in the same way as before. Tough stains should be pre-treated with the same
method before using this ozone machine. For commonly soiled clothing, using an ozone machine will allow you to use less detergent
or no detergent at all.
6. Is the water from this device intended for drinking?
No, it is designed and recommended for washing clothes, kitchen cleaning, pet disinfection, etc., but not for drinking or
direct ingestion.
