Oshiner ozone laundry system uses the power of active oxygen to put a lot more of the detergent, bleach and softener any longer. At least 75% less detergent can be saved per year for a family of four, it has been proven that the disinfecting power of ozone is 3000 tines higher than chlorine and 30 times than cresol, which can elimlnate 99% virus and bacteria, amazingly the ozone smell will completely evaporate in the air after 20 mins.
Product History
Oshiner began developing a household ozone laundry system in 2003. As China’s first enterprise specializing in household ozone water treatment, we encountered numerous challenges never before experienced. At the request of U.S. clients, we continuously produced samples, conducted tests, identified issues, remade samples, and retested—all in an iterative process.
By 2005, preliminary tests had passed, prompting us to start developing molds for finished product testing and initiate small-batch production and delivery. In 2007, however, the U.S. financial crisis led the client to suspend the project. It was not until 2008, when the economy began to recover, that the client restarted the initiative.
Through feedback from the market and continuous improvements by Oshiner’s technical team, the G1 model was finally successfully developed and launched globally. As a result, Oshiner applied for China’s only invention patent in this field.

First, we will create design drawings based on your ideas. Next, we will use 3D printing to produce a physical prototype for detailed adjustments, which we will then present to you for confirmation. Once both parties confirm the feasibility, we will proceed with mold development. Following that, we will conduct small-batch production to test the product’s reliability and release it to the market for validation. Only after the product’s quality has been reliably verified will we initiate mass production.

Three-way valve
The three-way valve can convert one water outlet into two water outlets to meet your other water usage needs.
Spray
You can use a spray head to connect to a water outlet for alternative purposes. With a three-way valve installed, you can connect one water outlet to a washing machine and the other to the spray head.
