How does the ECO Washer work?
The entire operation of the ECO Washer relies on a purely physical process without adding any chemicals. Its oxidation function is driven by oxygen atoms: some oxygen atoms are consumed during the process, while the remaining ones recombine to form oxygen. No harmful by-products are generated throughout the process, making the ECO Washer truly safe and environmentally friendly for washing.
When the washing machine starts, it automatically triggers the ECO Washer to operate. Oxygen from the air enters the ozone generator, where it undergoes high-voltage electrolysis to form oxygen atoms. These oxygen atoms then recombine with oxygen to produce ozone.
After entering the ozone laundry system, water is atomized by the venturi tube, then undergoes preliminary mixing with the generated ozone.
The preliminarily mixed ozone water proceeds to the static mixing system for secondary mixing, allowing ozone to dissolve more fully into the water. This enhances both the concentration and stability of the ozone water.
Once the ozone water enters the washing machine, it reacts with stains, pathogens, and other contaminants. The oxygen atoms oxidize and decompose these substances, achieving sterilization, disinfection, and stain removal.

When the ozone water concentration exceeds 0.5mg/L, it can instantly decompose the cell membranes, enzymes, and DNA of bacteria, causing their death—600-3000 times faster than commonly used chlorine-based disinfectants. Ozone water is effective against nearly all pathogens, such as Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus, which are common on clothing, achieving a sterilization rate of up to 99.9%.
Stain Removal
Ozone reacts with organic stains to produce harmless carbon dioxide and water. For tough-to-remove stains, ozone acts as a catalyst to enhance the activity of detergents, making stains easier to eliminate.
Bleaching
